Return Policy
*If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our Flat Breads, we offer a full refund, if requested within 3 days of delivery.
*If you contact us 3-15 days after your package is delivered we can only offer replacement on your next order.
*Please contact us for a return request, and we will provide you all the information you need to return the package to us.

Given the fact that this is a perishable item, we require immediate contact regarding any issue with your order.
To be fair to both us and our beloved customers, we rely on tracking information from our carrier to make this decision, as the same information is provided to both parties.
Delays in delivery can cause the product going bad and unfortunately, we can not control the delivery, but we make sure that we ship fast and fresh!

Collaborators
COLLABORATORS TERMS AGREEMENT
Date: Starts the moment the individual listed as “Collaborator” receives or places an order or request for promotional packs of Cut Da Carb, through client outreach, meetups, hand out from the company or any other method the product is delivered to individual, free of charge. All individuals receiving free products are considered collaborators.
Campaign: As an Independent Contractor, I will provide services discussed with the client through emails, text message, Direct messages or any and all forms of communication, on behalf of the company/brand Designerox Trading LLC/ Cut Da Carb ("Client"). These services will last till the client terminates the collaboration.
Services: I agree to follow any instructions that Client provides, including but not limited to items discussed over emails, social media messages and text messages.
Content: I agree to post the social or any other required posts within a timeframe set by Client. Posts must remain active permanently. Collaborator is not allowed to remove posted content from their social media page. Specific requirements are noted and listed by client in email communications to set up the collaboration.
Post(s) to my social media page scheduled by the client, By which I will forward to Client for approval before posting. Blog post should be 60 words minimum, and should reference content, URLs or #hashtags as provided by Client in a Content Guidelines Email.
As a Collaborator I confirm that I understand the following in addition to all items listed in Requirements Emails or any other forms of communications:
1. I understand the term “Collaborator” and that I am referred to in this agreement as a Collaborator.
2. I understand that “Collaborator” is an individual who receives a promotional packages of product from client, through client outreach, meetups, hand out from company or any other method the product is delivered to individual, free of charge.
3. Posts (advertising campaign) must include the Client provided hashtag(s) and/or link(s)
4. Posts must not include vulgar language or reference to religion politics, race, gender or sexual orientation.
5. I agree with all instructions and Client Requirement that has been discussed with me in different forms of communications such as verbal and written
6. I understand that I am not allowed to delete any social media or blog posts for any reason and all should remain on my advertising platform (s) permanently
7. I understand that all communications between me and the client are strictly confidential and no communications can be shared by me under any circumstances. Communications are including all through emails, verbal and written, text messages, direct messages on social media platforms and any or all other forms of communication
8. I understand that client can and might share my communications with other collaborators for training and reference purposes
9. I understand that I am not allowed to speak negatively about client to any other person or groups for any reason
10. I understand that all information and terms are confidential and can not be shared with any other person
11. I understand that by receiving free products from client, I am bound by this agreement and have to meet obligations, such as sharing and presenting the product to my followers and audience in form of a campaign and with all the requirements discussed with client, its employees and team members
12. I understand that if for any reason i decide to terminate this agreement, I will have to inform client with a written notice and an explanation to why I need to terminate
13. I understand that client will have the right to refuse termination of this agreement and all campaigns must be continued and stay on my social media and other advertising platforms permanently
14. I understand that I am not allowed to change or delete any posts or advertisements without a written notice to client
15. I understand that client can refuse to allow me to make any changes to my posts
16. I understand that if client has the right to stop any or all campaigns without a notice, for any reason Client deems necessary.
17. I understand that I am not allowed to block or restrict the client, access to my social media platforms for any reason and access to view of my social media platform has to stay permanently open
18. I understand that sharing any communication with client with any other person, through verbal, written or visual means such as screenshots, is prohibited
19. I understand that if I do not comply with all terms and conditions of this agreement, I am held responsible and liable for any consequences
20. I understand that if any litigation or legal action arises due to breach of this agreement, I am liable to reimburse the client for any legal fees incurred to enforce this agreement
21. I understand that all contents, graphics, marketing materials produced by me are solely owned by Client and that the Client has the right to use them in any form and in any place, including and not limited to Marketing Campaigns, Recipe features and all other means of advertising, with or without a notice. I understand that the Client can choose to not to mention the name or social media ID of the collaborator, while using the content generated by me.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Date: Starts the moment the individual listed as “Collaborator” receives or places an order or request for promotional packs of Cut Da Carb, through client outreach, meetups, hand out from the company or any other method the product is delivered to individual, free of charge. All individuals receiving free products are considered collaborators.
Campaign: As an Independent Contractor, I will provide services discussed with the client through emails, text message, Direct messages or any and all forms of communication, on behalf of the company/brand Designerox Trading LLC/ Cut Da Carb ("Client"). These services will last till the client terminates the collaboration.
Services: I agree to follow any instructions that Client provides, including but not limited to items discussed over emails, social media messages and text messages.
Content: I agree to post the social or any other required posts within a timeframe set by Client. Posts must remain active permanently. Collaborator is not allowed to remove posted content from their social media page. Specific requirements are noted and listed by client in email communications to set up the collaboration.
Post(s) to my social media page scheduled by the client, By which I will forward to Client for approval before posting. Blog post should be 60 words minimum, and should reference content, URLs or #hashtags as provided by Client in a Content Guidelines Email.
As a Collaborator I confirm that I understand the following in addition to all items listed in Requirements Emails or any other forms of communications:
1. I understand the term “Collaborator” and that I am referred to in this agreement as a Collaborator.
2. I understand that “Collaborator” is an individual who receives a promotional packages of product from client, through client outreach, meetups, hand out from company or any other method the product is delivered to individual, free of charge.
3. Posts (advertising campaign) must include the Client provided hashtag(s) and/or link(s)
4. Posts must not include vulgar language or reference to religion politics, race, gender or sexual orientation.
5. I agree with all instructions and Client Requirement that has been discussed with me in different forms of communications such as verbal and written
6. I understand that I am not allowed to delete any social media or blog posts for any reason and all should remain on my advertising platform (s) permanently
7. I understand that all communications between me and the client are strictly confidential and no communications can be shared by me under any circumstances. Communications are including all through emails, verbal and written, text messages, direct messages on social media platforms and any or all other forms of communication
8. I understand that client can and might share my communications with other collaborators for training and reference purposes
9. I understand that I am not allowed to speak negatively about client to any other person or groups for any reason
10. I understand that all information and terms are confidential and can not be shared with any other person
11. I understand that by receiving free products from client, I am bound by this agreement and have to meet obligations, such as sharing and presenting the product to my followers and audience in form of a campaign and with all the requirements discussed with client, its employees and team members
12. I understand that if for any reason i decide to terminate this agreement, I will have to inform client with a written notice and an explanation to why I need to terminate
13. I understand that client will have the right to refuse termination of this agreement and all campaigns must be continued and stay on my social media and other advertising platforms permanently
14. I understand that I am not allowed to change or delete any posts or advertisements without a written notice to client
15. I understand that client can refuse to allow me to make any changes to my posts
16. I understand that if client has the right to stop any or all campaigns without a notice, for any reason Client deems necessary.
17. I understand that I am not allowed to block or restrict the client, access to my social media platforms for any reason and access to view of my social media platform has to stay permanently open
18. I understand that sharing any communication with client with any other person, through verbal, written or visual means such as screenshots, is prohibited
19. I understand that if I do not comply with all terms and conditions of this agreement, I am held responsible and liable for any consequences
20. I understand that if any litigation or legal action arises due to breach of this agreement, I am liable to reimburse the client for any legal fees incurred to enforce this agreement
21. I understand that all contents, graphics, marketing materials produced by me are solely owned by Client and that the Client has the right to use them in any form and in any place, including and not limited to Marketing Campaigns, Recipe features and all other means of advertising, with or without a notice. I understand that the Client can choose to not to mention the name or social media ID of the collaborator, while using the content generated by me.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
