

Low Carb Egg Pockets
Easy and simple recipe for a powerful breakfast that would keep you full and satisfied for hours. These egg pockets are high in protein and low on carb. Perfect remedy to have a crunchy bite without spiking your blood sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 Sheet Cut Da Carb Flat Bread
- 4 Large Eggs
- 4 Slices Salami
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 4 Slices Bacon
- 1 tbsp Butter Softened
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Chives Diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275 F
- Brush the Cut Da Carb Flat Bread with Butter. Then cut to 4 equal pieces and place in a muffin baking tray, shaping it to a pocket
- Add Mozzarella Cheese at the bottom of pockets. Then add one slice of salami and top with one slice of bacon
- Crack eggs into the pockets and add salt and pepper
- Add Mozzarella Cheese on top
- Bake at 275 f for 25 minutes. If you like your eggs runny and yolk to be soft, bake for 10-15 minutes
- Take out of the oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Add chives and any other toppings of your choice. You can add a low carb side sauce and just take it to a new level
- Enjoy the crunchy egg pockets and defeat hunger all day!
