Low Carb Egg Pockets

- 1 Sheet Cut Da Carb Flat Bread
- 4 Large Eggs
- 4 Slices Salami
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 4 Slices Bacon
- 1 tbsp Butter Softened
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Chives Diced
Preheat oven to 275 F
Brush the Cut Da Carb Flat Bread with Butter. Then cut to 4 equal pieces and place in a muffin baking tray, shaping it to a pocket
Add Mozzarella Cheese at the bottom of pockets. Then add one slice of salami and top with one slice of bacon
Crack eggs into the pockets and add salt and pepper
Add Mozzarella Cheese on top
Bake at 275 f for 25 minutes. If you like your eggs runny and yolk to be soft, bake for 10-15 minutes
Take out of the oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Add chives and any other toppings of your choice. You can add a low carb side sauce and just take it to a new level
